  【A Refined and High-Quality Space】 This is a private, one-group-per-day rental accommodation converted from a traditional boathouse. The first floor features a spacious stone-paved living room (with underfloor heating) and a bathroom with ocean views. The second floor has two bedrooms. Each room, facing the ocean and the mountains, can accommodate up to three futons. Both the first and second floors are equipped with heated toilet seats. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Based on the concept of "traveling like a local," this is a private, one-group-per-day accommodation utilizing a traditional boathouse in the Ine area. The entire building is available for one group per day. After checking in at the Ine Town Tourist Information Center, which serves as the reception desk, you will be guided to the accommodation and given an explanation of the building. The first floor has a living room and dining room, and is equipped with Wi-Fi. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, one facing the ocean and one facing the road, with a capacity of 6 people (3 people x 2 rooms). Children aged 3 and under are not included in the accommodation fee, but bedding and amenities will not be provided. However, they will be counted in the number of guests. (*Please note that the maximum number of guests, including infants, is 6.) Children aged 4 and over are included in the accommodation fee, and bedding and amenities will be provided. (Important Notes) ●Check-in Procedure ①Accommodation Reception (Check-in) (Location: Ine Town Tourist Information Center) *If traveling by private car, please use the Ineura Park parking lot (30 minutes free). If traveling by bus, please get off at the "Ine" bus stop. ↓ 《Travel by Car》Approx. 1 minute ↓ ②Parking at the Shichimenyama Parking Lot, the closest to the accommodation *Guests will be provided with a 24-hour free parking ticket (single use) for the same parking lot. ↓ 《Travel on Foot》Approx. 2 Minutes ↓ ③ Arrival at the Inn The inn is about a 100m walk from the Shichimenyama parking lot (there are about 15 steps along the way). ● About Parking Please use the Shichimenyama parking lot (2-minute walk from the inn). *Guests will be provided with a 24-hour free parking ticket (single use only) for the same parking lot. ● About the Facility Layout and Amenities The layout consists of "(1F): Living room, bathroom, washroom, toilet, (2F): Bedroom, shower, toilet, entrance, closet," etc. It is equipped with appliances and furniture necessary for stays of one night or more, as well as heating and cooling equipment such as underfloor heating, a toilet with a shower, a sofa, etc., to ensure a comfortable stay suited to modern living. ●Regarding Meal Provision This inn is a lodging facility that does not provide meals. Cooking (including the use of hot plates, etc.) is strictly prohibited on the premises. Please use restaurants and shops within Ine Town for meals. Also, depending on the day of your stay, there may be days when restaurants are closed and you cannot dine there. In such cases, please bring your own food and eat it at the inn. Please understand this point before making a reservation. For building preservation and maintenance purposes, there are no cooking appliances such as stoves or pots inside the building. Bringing such items is also prohibited. (A refrigerator, electric kettle, and microwave are provided). ●No Open Flames or Smoking Allowed This inn is a valuable building that, under current building codes, cannot be rebuilt in the same way. Furthermore, being made of wood, it is extremely vulnerable to fire. Therefore, open flames and smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises, and no equipment that could cause a fire is installed. Fireworks and other fireworks are strictly prohibited.
